For coffee lovers this machine fits the bill and looks good too. For best results freshly ground coffee and filtered water are essential.

Detailed Commentary
My first espresso machine and I am thrilled with it. Given to me as a gift at christmas and it has been used every day since then.
If you use the steam function suggest you do that first for best results. That being said it steams really well and produces a top class foam and froth as desired. The knob is a bit flimsy but works well to adjust the pressure. You can leave the milk on the hot plate to keep warm whilst you make the shot.
If you have steamed first a quick flush (blank shot) to clear the steam from the tank is needed then attach the freshly ground coffee and press the button and hey presto you are away!
I always use filtered water for the tank and grind my coffee just before use and have found this produces a consistent tasty extraction with a thick crema. Ready ground coffee doesn't work very well it really has to be the freshly ground stuff. The Dualit EL 60 grinder works perfectly on its finest setting for this machine.
