Bottom Line: Great looking product, fantastic espressos. Great customer service from Chris' Coffee Service!
Positive Product Points

Easy to use. Great espresso with lots of crema. Looks great in my kitchen. Easy to make cappucinos.

Negative Product Points

A nut bolt became loose and finally fell off the the front end of the machine. I will probably call Chris to get the part replaced (it is mostly a cosmetic issue).

Detailed Commentary

The Isomac Tea produces great espresso and cappuccino in a very short time from turning the machine on to actually drinking the coffee.  It needs no special preparations to get one of the very best espressos.
Cappucinos are so easy on this machine: frothing milk on this machine is "no sweat" and can be done almost at the same time as you get your espresso.
It is very easy to use and clean:comes with two porta filters, I use one for making expresso and the other for back flushing the machine.
The appearance of the machine is awesome. The stainless steel exterior makes it look very impressive.

Buying Experience

I bought the Isomac Tea machine from Chris at Chris' Coffee Service.
I had read other reviews and he really provides the best of services.
He personally helped me over the phone with the set up of the machine.  Chris also gave me specific instructions about the maintenance of the machine.
Chris is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Chris' Coffee Service. If you are a serious espresso drinker interested in buying an espresso machine, give Chris a call. He will provide the very best espresso machine for your needs and budget.
