My main criteria was a once of purchase to last a life time. Became addicted to the site and reviews, for months i stayed up reading peoples comments and feedback.
After the discovery's of the ISOMAC brand, the reviews on this site were really positive and i was able to make a decision. importalia were on the ball offering a great service, quick to respond & patient enough for a whole host of questions. to help one decide.
After ordering the TEA, i received training on the actual machine. preparing the milks the biggest challenge. one needs to soften the water filter weekly. annual services on the cards too.
i bought the machine in DEC 2010, i have finally got the trick and the coffee is amazing & I'm ready to review for all to read. now the TEA is married to a Mazzer Jolly grinder ;)
