Positive Product Points

Nice looking machine that works well. One of only a few that does not have a aluminum boiler.

Negative Product Points

Cup warmer really is more of a place to put cups but really will not warm them. You need to clean up everytime after you make coffee so that it stays nice looking.

Detailed Commentary

Works great and looks very professional.Takes a few minutes to warm up in the morning so it needs to be on a timer so you can make a cappucino before going to work.I have had a great time with this and hate to drink regular coffee anymore. The steamer to make your froth works great.Have had to work at it just a couple of times and I was making "caps" as good as I could get in Italy.Has a nickel brass boiler instead of a aluminum boiler. You can use the hot water tap to make tea or any other need for HOT water.Outside is made of stainless steel that is easy to clean.

Buying Experience

Aabree was very good to work with and very friendly over the phone. They helped me get started and off I went. The packages were in good condition when they arrived. I was very happy with buying from them and would buy from them again with confidence.
