Detailed Commentary
Our Isomac Relax is a workhorse. We have pushed two double shots per day through this machine flawlessly for a number of years and have not had any problems. The E61 group is a great heat sink and is conducive to repeated coffee shots will little thermal loss. Even though the steamer does not perform like a commercial machine, it is perfectly adequate for home use. It even works fine when we are having parties and we need to make a dozen shots with associated steamed milk.
Overall this machine has been a very positive addition to our kitchen.
Buying Experience
Chris Coffee is the best. They have great products and Chris is available to answer questions... that is, if you need to talk to the boss, he can always be reached. I spoke with their tech support recently and they still support this machine since it originally came from them. They sold a lot of them... and our unit has been a winner.
