Bottom Line: Super fully automatic machine, makes delicious consistent coffee, so easy that the biggest issue is drinking too much coffee!!
Positive Product Points

This is a very easy to use fully automatic machine.  The coffee is consistently good.  Most coffee options can be dispensed with the push of a single button.  However, if you have custom desires on the strength and size of your daily pour, there are many options to "dial-in" exactly what you want and make that choice a default option.  The machine comes with excellent written instructions, and dvd.  The forthing wand is just ok, the frother X-press does a much better job.

Negative Product Points

As others have noted.  The coffee could be hotter.   While two settings are available, the hot could be hotter.
The frothing wand system is just ok, and the Xpress system, while doing an excellent job is a bit of a contraption to clean.  Drip tray could be larger.

Detailed Commentary

I am overall very happy with the machine, and use it for everything from espresso to cappuccino.  The frother x-press system does a great job on the milk and once you get used to it, cleaning is not that big a deal.  The system is especially nice if you are going to make many drinks at the same time.

The cup heating system is active, and works very nicely, as does the "sleep" mode.  Just extras, but very nice to have's.

Lastly, the machine is big.  Make sure you measure out your space against the dimensions, the machine has a big foot print.

Overall very happy and would certainly buy another, particularly at this price.

Buying Experience

I purchased this from Costco on-line.  Paid for express shipping and the machine came a day earlier then expected.  It was shipped directly from Jura and was well packaged.  A note on Costco service: I had purchased a Francis Francis X3, which did decent job for the price paid.  However after about a year it would only work in steam mode, basically un-usable.  Costco took it back and gave me a full refund!!  Hard to beat that.

Three Month Followup

I use the machine once to twice a day mostly for espresso and long pulls.  Still very happy with the machine.  I have had to replace the water filter and run a cleaning cycle.  All pretty simple but the filters a bit pricy and the cleaning requires tablets from Jura.  The machine makes excellent coffee and I would highly recommend it.
