expired 3 months after warranty expired. Took it to an "authorized" service center. They've had it for months --- can't get parts. They've ordered the parts, just can't get them. Emails to the company have been answered with form letters. Calls didn't help either. Don't buy this machine. Service stinks.

I just don't know what else to do to get our machine fixed. You would think that a machine that costs over $800 would be backed up by some sort of service. It isn't. 2 years old is not that old. I'm at a loss for words.

Over $800 for this machine. Bought it from Whole Latte Love, but it's not their fault.
