We have used our machine every day (five adult espresso drinkers) for almost 4 years. We‘ve had to call and get new rubber seals for the basket. That‘s all. We get great espresso with lots of crema. My wife make cappucinos. This one is hard to beat.
Before we had this machine we had a Krups Nova for 8 years. Makes it hard to drop $500.00 on a machine when you can get great espresso for under $200.00.
