Looks Nice, works for 6 months

Krups Customer Service stinks.  Auto Capuccino Steamer is horrible. Read all the reviews, I agree with every negative point. Dont buy this machine!

Where do I start?

1. No knowledge of parts and purpose,
   
2. Can't commit ETA on important "backorder" parts.
   
   

Re the Unit's quirks -  

1. It leaves "wet" loads
   
2. The upper brewhead assembly must be thoroughly wiped/cleaned after every reload otherwise it leaks.
   
3. Must have a strong grip on unit with one hand, while twisting the portafilter off with the other.

1. Made great capuccino's for about 6 months. After that, forget it. I use Good, clean filtered, reverse osmosis water. Cleaning use to work, now it does nothing.
   
2. The auto-cap tube unit no longer has enough pressure to suck the milk out.
   
3. Because of "auto-cap" feature, the steamer wand is too short to stick into milk.
