Negative Product Points
It leaks all around the pod holder and explodes the pods. The plastic housing behind the spigot cracked vertically within the first year. The lid to the water container cracked within the first week.
Detailed Commentary
Buy something else. This machine is tempermental and a waste of money. Somedays it works fine and other days you can take a shower in the leakage. One would think a well known manufacturer of coffee related products would pull this machine off the shelves. The plastic housing is very cheap to have so many cracks. And only one person uses it, so it did not crack from misuse. The machine looks very professional and has a great water capacity. The drip is very slow and the noise is a bit on the loud side.
