After 2 years and my 3rd machine failed i took it back and got my money back.probably better off buying a cafe roma from sunbeam! There was more than one problem i.e screen freezing,dumping of the grinds clogging etc. The machine when working made average coffee at best,lacked a good crema. Although this is not there top model it still wasnt cheap so i did expect much more. I did my research and thought Krups was a brand of quality...how i was wrong. One good thing when buying from them is they never hesitated in giving me another model. Would not buy another krups product again.
Buying Experience
Bought from a large retailer in New Zealand.Service was ok but not great. I got to know the staff very well as i had to keep bringing the damn thing back every few months about 7-8 times in total!
