The product seems to suffer from several technical failures in many areas. The first machine didn't warm the coffee properly (up to about 40 degrees celsius) and then stopped doing anything (electrical problem?), and was repaired. The repaired machine repeated the failure and was fully replaced. The second product has poor success rate in making espresso, and about every fourth espresso making is successfull. I'm totally disappointed with this product due to continuous failures. The current XP 2000 has the following problems: - the espresso water container leaks - making 2 cups of espresso always fails - the water leaks due to pressure problems - making 1 cup of espresso sometimes succeeds. The water comes through espresso like steam - the milk frothing pipe leaks water while just warming the cups (!?) - the printed manual has instructions that seem to apply to some earlier version or device, and not to this one Maybe I'm just unlucky but I would never put my money on this machine again.
