Bottom Line: Italian steel-and-chrome perfection; seven years (so far) of excellence. If you want is what it was designed for- 6oz double cappuccinos, there's no better. If not, look elsewhere.

Bottom Line: One has to be interested in the "art" and "science" in order to make best use of the machine. If the review sounds like too much trouble, buy a semi-automatic machine instead.
