The Pavoni truly is a masterpiece. The machine is gorgeous and I feel sexy being able to pull the best shots with amazing crema. Italians DO make better lovers. Once you learn how to pull a good shot, you will realize the benefit of this machine. It makes the BEST espresso, it is easy to froth and to keep clean. It is functional art in the best possible way. Repairs and parts are, from what I hear, costly and inconvenient, however Dr. Pavoni at www.pavoniexpress.com has a fabulous site that teaches you how to troubleshoot and fix it should you need to.
Buying Experience
I got it like new for less than half price on ebay.
