I wish i could recommend this product because the coffee is decent when it works right but for this price, there are better alternatives.

I replaced my Delonghi machine for one of thse because i was drinking less and less espresso due to my acid reflux condition and the 200g packs of coffee i bought kept going bad. The Nespresso seemed like a good alternative, the coffee was good enough and it was a simple machine to operate. This machine comes with two operational buttons, one for a small cup (40ml) and one for a larger cup (110ml) for their lungo capsules. After about a week of using I noticed the volume of water coming out was not always consistent so i sent it to the service center. After ten days they sent it back. I noticed the same problems after a few days so i sent it back again. It came back with a note that said 'No problem found' but immediatley when i tried it again, i got the same problem. I am currently waiting for them to send a repair guy over...
