loud, could hold more discarded pods & water but not enough of a downfall to keep me from this machine. Wish the pods were sold in stores but online ordering is super easy.

We have been SO happy with this machine! Nespresso pods are great and have a wide range to suit everyone's tastes. We suggest buying the capsule sampler box to help figure out your favorite falvor.
Half of our machines functions quit working so we called their customer service number... we were 7 days past warrenty but they honored it anyway- a new machine will be here tomorrow & we will send ours back to be fixed. When they return out machine we simply have to put the loner in the box, attach the prepaid shipping label & send it back. No additional cost to us. THAT'S how you know you are working with a great company.
Looks attractive on our counter, even the pods can look nice when displayed. guests are always impressed with the machine & taste of their beverage.
User manual is simple to understand- has both words an illistrations in several lanuguages.
Buying Experience
we bought a referbished machine on ebay, I didn't get the boxed sampler or the two cups w/ saucers but the price break made up for it.
