polished exterior can be dificult to keep clean, I am a bit of a perfectionist.

Detailed Commentary

I bought this machine a year or so ago to upgrade from my Gaggia classics, of which I had two. From the start the machine has been like a glove, intuitive, and has not had any real problems.  The lever action is a nice touch with the e61 group (part of why I bought it). I bought the one with no PID, and I havent seen enough temp variation to justify getting one yet. I did have PIDs on my gaggia classics, they really needed one to get the temps right, this machine has a potentiometer inside where the temp can be adjusted, so this for me negates the need for a pid. I am using this machine with a mazzer mini e.
