I love this machine. It took some time to learn how to use properly and a good quality grinder is a must have. You need to learn the craft of making espresso to get the most from this machine. Once you get it down you will not find a better cup of espresso in a restaurant nor in most coffe shops.
If lattes or cappacunios are what you are seeking I suggest purchasing the optional 3 hole replacement tip for the steam wand. This tip gives you a much drier foam than the standard on hole tip does. It's a cheap upgrade that you won't regret.
