I selected this machine after reading the fantastic reviews on this site. Purchased for $670AU (great price), replaced a Krups Maximo which was in for repair. Loved the look and feel of the machine from day one but was disappointed by the time it took me to successfully produce great shots and steamed milk. My kitchen looked like a water bomb had hit it every time I practised making a cappuccino, the very steep learning curve initially took the shine off my purchase. However I have now mastered the beast and can produce a good/great result every time. I use a combination of the "cheat‘s method" detailed on this site. The machine is a great leap ahead of the Krups which failed to deliver a consistently hot shot every time. In its price range it is the stand out machine by far.
