True stainless steel machine - not plastic like others in it's price range. Very easy to use, even for a novice.

Had a hard time locating one on short notice prior to Christmas. Most places were sold out and on backorder.
Detailed Commentary
After reading many reviews and making the decision to purchase this particular Saeco machine, tracking one down was a nightmare! Most stores were sold out and on a long backorder wait. Finally found one on 1st Line Equipment website and they were able to overnight the unit (shipping costs were included in the total price) and we received it the next day! Excellent service, great machine, looks good on the kitchen counter, and very easy to operate. I would recommend highly both the machine and 1st Line Equipment.
Buying Experience
Excellent! I have also returned to 1st Line Equipment and purchased the Lavazza Pods to use with Espresso machine. Prompt service and follow up.
