Positive Product Points

This is a great machine.  We fell in love with our cafe lattes in Paris and did a lot of reasearch before choosing the Saeco.  It has a stainless steel boiler which protects you from LEAD -- that is a danger of the brass boilers.  It makes good espresso, and has all the steam you will need to froth up the milk.  The water reservoir is large.  I am very happy with this machine--and it even looks nice!

Negative Product Points

The directions for the machine are very confusing, and the operation is also confusing.  But once you figure it out, it works fine

Detailed Commentary

Shop around.  I got mine with stainless steel trim for $230.
