Detailed Commentary
The Saeco Customer service department is horrible. The product literature initially directs to someone in Italy who sends me the parts (and instructions) to fix the machine myself (note that the machine is now under warranty). Then, after numerous email exchanges explaining this is not acceptable I get in contact with their US representative and ask them to fix or replace it (now o/s warranty). Now they want to charge me to fix the machine! In short, the machine worked great for a couple of months making great cups of expresso & frothing milk well (although the prepping of the machine is an issue when you are pressed for time). After the honeymoon things got ugly.
