Virtually "idiot proof". Easy to clean and do day to day maintenance. Priced very reasonably. Instant switch from steam to brew/ water.

Detailed Commentary
This was my first jump from an Illy pod machine. I wanted the simplicity of operation of a "superautomatic" and Saeco has a decent reputation with my friends. Took about 5 minutes to set up. The espresso is of average-good quality. I especially like the fact that I can steam/ brew/ dispense water with no wait between functions.
