Detailed Commentary
We bought this machine for Xmas a year ago and have been very happy with our purchase. After a few years of struggling with another temperamental machine (can you say Francis Francis?) it's great to have such an easy-to-use and reliable machine. Consistent shots with excellent crema. Cleaning is simple and is not critical - every other week seems to keep it happy. It doesn't get industrial use in our house- 4 to 8 shots a day- but we haven't had a single problem to date. We aren't extreme coffee geeks, but I think this machine would satisfy most consumers. It's not as esthetically pleasing as some other designs but I value function over form. Great value.
