good home machine, forget about it for office use - we have gone through two of these in one year - not again!
Positive Product Points
Attractive, easy to use (once it's set up!), decent expresso, relatively easy to disassemble and clean
Negative Product Points
Difficult to set size/strength of brew - get one right and then leave it alone. Cryptic display/user interface for set up. When they say "light" office use, they mean it - this machine can not take the rigors of constant use
Detailed Commentary
A nice home machine but we had it in the office where we killed two of them in one year. The mechanicals just aren't up to constant use.
This machine says it makes expresso and two sizes of coffee... but not really, the adjustments for grind, size and coffee amount seem to want to make ONE of the above well and the other two poorly. So if you are looking for a decent low cost automatic expresso machine, adjust it to make decent expresso and then leave it alone.
All this aside, it really can make an excellent cup of expresso and it is easy to disassemble and clean completely - something you need to do to reduce the stress on the plastic internal mechanism (well designed and well made plastic though).
Buying Experience
We purchased this machine from our office coffee vendor thinking they could support it - big mistake. Over paid and essentially they know less about fixing it than we do.
