(1) Doser dial problem has been fixed; no longer a "negative product feature." Brews consistent, excellent cafe creme.
NOTE: The U.S. dealer provides excellent customer support. Despite facing the obstacles of dealing with a European company, i.e., where customer feedback/response to reported problems seems low priority, the U.S. dealer really does an excellent job of bridging the gap. Contact them (Baratza.com) in case of any problems or feedback regarding the machine. They have expertise as well as a sincere desire to help the customer
