Bottom Line:
Great value,good service and support available
Finally had to replace filter gasket(free from Starbucks),used for 3 years.Only drawback in foam density capabilities. Upgraded to newer portofilter. Took apart machine,easy to fix. Thinking of moving up to Briel.
