for the price it is great it is just crummy that they went out of business. when was working it was used at least twice a day if not more. It has saved us money because we were not going out and buying coffee all the time. i took it on vacation with me all the time and when we were out of town people just expected to see it. it has worked great and makes wounderful coffeeit has worked great and makes wounderful coffee............ a good machine would be great if you can buy replacement parts for it but when it was working was great.
