Bottom Line: Sweet, inexpensive and long-lasting machine that you gotta love.  Makes a great cup at home or office!
Positive Product Points

Great price for what you get!  Brews a nice cup because of showerhead design and is easy to use.  Lasts after a lot of usage. Nice permanent filter basket.

Negative Product Points

If you don't fill the basket with the correct amount coffee or you overfill the water or use hot water, grounds will splash up and get into the brew head holes AND into the fresh water supply.   Ick. A little hard to clean the fresh water reservoir because of hinged top.  Mug is really not a thermal one, so coffee doesn't stay hot long in it.  Wish it was better insulated.

Detailed Commentary

We have one at home and one at work on my husband's desk.  Even though we have a larger capacity drip machine, my husband always comes back to this little one as it is easy to use and you don't need paper filters.  At first you think "well, it's under 15 bucks, if it doesn't last, no big deal, I'll just buy another".  But nothing ever happens to it, it just keeps on chugging.  Great showerhead design dispenses water evenly over coffee.  Wish they sold replacement mugs in the stores and wish the mug was insulated.  Great no-spill top for travel.

Buying Experience

Bought one at Wal-Mart and one at Linens N Things.
