I ordered this almost as an afterthought, I was already ordering a Solis Maestro Grinder, when I noticed the Kona on the website.
My experience so far has been great! There are only three parts, which is nice for me (since I lose loose parts, routinely) The filter is very effective and very easy to clean. I found that it was a little bit difficult to clean the inside of the carafe. Basically my hands are too big to stuff in there. The thin spout is the same way, very, very thin, it's going to take some effort to clean.
Despite the cleaning, I am very pleased with the performance so far.
