Sleek design, consistently great coffee brew

Humidity/liquid easily enters area with electronics & buttons: unresponsive system.  Plastic hinge of basket will break with modest amount of downward pressure when open.  When closed, gap between basket and top is uneven.  Warmer plate‘s black coating chips off within six months.

I love the coffee that pours out of my Braun, but it is not a durable product.  I‘ve owned, used, ruined and replaced a whopping *seven* of these coffee makers, none of them lasting over a year of daily use.
