Here‘s the deal: The unit‘s gotta be cheated, like the Rancilio Sylvia. I make a 3 cuppa hot water while grinding - then make 5 cup pot w/ the the 3 cuppa still on. Did lots of temp testing and it cheats brew cycle up to an average of around 194 degrees. A couple of those mins finish at 204. Good cup of Joe...
