Great looking machine, works well, makes great tasting coffee. Unfortunately, I will be getting rid of this machine because I cannot get a HOT cup out of it.

Coffee is COLD!! Even when I preheat the carafe, I still get coffee that is merely luke-warm.
Detailed Commentary
I love the look and feel of this coffeemaker; looks sleek and professional sitting on my countertop. Carafe is easy to clean. Coffee is easy to make. All pieces (carafe, filter and basket, etc) fit together and work together well (my previous machine, can't remember the brand name, was a pain -- the filter basket didn't open well, the carafe didn't pour well. Hated it.) Not a problem with this machine. Brewing was fast and quiet. And the coffee tasted great. However, the coffee was cold, especially after I added a tablespoon or two of half-and-half. Very frustrating!
Buying Experience
Purchased this product through a sub-conractor of Amazon.com. Price was good, but they charged me $15 for shipping. The unit arrived within a week of purchase. No problems with the vendor.
