Consistently perfect cup of coffee. Excellent value, I'll probably not have to shop for another coffee brewer for 15+ years.
Positive Product Points
Perfectly consistent and great coffee!!

Aesthetics could use the once in every 10 year update... but it's not bad either.
My experience was identical to the previous review (W. Hoyle). Sorry for the lack of anything new, but it's been almost 4 years since anyone has reviewed it - so I thought my update that nothing has changed might be of some value to somebody. When I first attempted to brew using the spray head that came with it - coffee got everywhere due to the big bloom from using fresh coffee - and from the quicker delivery of the water. The reduced spray head solved the issue. After a test of pouring 48 oz of water, I timed the difference between the stock spray head and the flow restrictor spray head. Stock spray head took 2:25 seconds while the flow restrictor took 3:50 (This time reflects water pour to when the water finished coming out of spray head). One concern I noticed: the amount of water that comes out when comparing water output from a full day's rest, vs an immediate second pot - the full day's rest will result in less water that comes out due to evaporation that has occurred throughout the day (maybe 5 - 6 oz). The easy solution for me, for my morning fist pot I first pour about 40 ounces of water through it - I use that water to preheat my carafe - then I make my coffee with 48 ounces of water and get a perfectly consistent pot of coffee. One last note - I use 72 grams of coffee ground with a KitchenAid ProLine grinder with a setting of 6 1/2 after adjusting the burrs to their closest tolerance.
I paid for ground shipping through The Webstaurant Store and I received it the very next day. I'm sure not everyone will be so lucky, but this was my experience.
