called bunn for a replacement went though the replacement @ a discount thing with the company....expressed by dissatisfaction.....under further investigation found a site for recalls for this model & brand @ www.cpsc.gov called the 1-800-385-2652 told them i found the recall at this govt.. site.......totally different attitude this time......they are sending me a box.....they are paying the shipping to & fro........they will totally refurbish or replace........no cost to me with a approx. 5 day turn around time......im happy once again....!!!
