This brewer makes a great pot of coffee in only three minutes! My model makes 8 cups, which is a perfect amount for two or three people. I'll definitely buy another one whenever this one dies.
Negative Product Points
The biggest negative point is the evaporation of water. Since the water in the tank is kept hot, it will evaporate quickly if not used daily. The result is a less-than-full pot of coffee. This unit also does not brew decaf as well as regular coffee. An alternate, decaf sprayhead can be requested from Bunn for free that remedies this shortcoming.
Detailed Commentary
I've owned this unit for three years now, and it has been fabulous. The members of my household drink coffee or other beverages requiring hot water daily, so it has received substantial usage. It is pricier than other coffeemakers, but this brewer is another example of getting what one pays for. For most folks, it will be the best investment possible in a home coffeemaker. The only exception may be for persons who don't drink hot beverages daily, and who don't care to wait a much longer time for the coffee to brew. In that case, purchasing another model would be best. For the VAST majority of persons however, a Bunn home coffeemaker is a fanastic buy!

I am extremely pleased with the performance and life of this product. The service from Bunn has been excellent. I only called once to request a decaf sprayhead, and received it promptly.
