1- Water is not hot enough (shall be ~200F), it was certanly less than 140F 2- Why is is so fast? I have soft water (filtered) and read that is required to have another additional equipment adapted... 3- The Funnel leaks forever... should have a simple valve to prevent spills on floor for cleaning purposes after filter with coffe is removed 4- Does not come witha dditional adapter for "soft water" 5- You will either end up returning it, trashing it or reparit it the very first day

After reading so many reviews of all home coffe makers, decided tobuy this one. They realized that was a fiasco... I am returning it today.
After a long init process (about 20 minutes) and carefully following instructions, including optional instructions that talk about adding hot water into carafe for 30 sec before start brewing my first pot of coffe went off... hoping to enjoy the first cup, found out that water temperature was lukewarm... of course coffe not brew... tought about adding more coffe and try again.. did it and waited other three minutes... this tiem adde d a lot of coffe and coffe temperature was still not good, coffe flavor was not good either...
... then, relaized that I have been lied on previous reviews or just got unluky with this one... went to web site and there is no possibility of get customer service...
