Capresso lacks quality control on their products, at least with #452. Would not purchase a third one!

First maker would not heat the water the second time it was used. The second maker‘s LCD panel would not work...couldn‘t even turn it on.
I owned two Capresso # 452 coffee makers in three days and enjoyed one cup of coffee from the first one. The coffee was good and I liked the grinder placed on the outside of the maker (this is not done in many of the coffee makers with grinders). I paid $200 for it at the Bon Marche in Lynnwood. Capresso‘s customer service was somewhat lacking with the second machine...rep only wanted to send me a third machine. My response...why in the world would I want to go through this exercise again!!!
