Positive Product Points
Very Easy to use, tastes great. I think the general idea is very good, but it is not made to last for everyday use.
Negative Product Points
I am on my 3rd pot after 2 years. The grinder broke in two models. The third pot the spring in the pause area broke and capresso sent me a repair kit.Then last model the swinging filter door broke (it will not latch under grinder). The longest one I had to last is approx. 18 months. I think something that cost me $239 ought to last longer than 18 months.
Detailed Commentary
If you use very oily, columbian, coffee, the beans stick. I think it has one of the best grinders. Williams Sonoma guarantees anything for lifetime, so I am going to return it and they do not carry it anymore. So unfortunately, I am going to buy a different grind and bew brand this time to try. There are many new ones out now.
