The Coffee Tec is unique in its ability to brew 10 cups of coffee and get steamed milk. Ten cups brew in under eight minutes. The stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee hot. Parts are easy to clean and the customer service at Capresso is excellent.

Sometimes the seal that prevents the coffee from brewing or the ones in the water well can get off track and cause a mess. It's easy to fix but you need to know what's going on to fix it fast. I have lost a few parts (the straw, the milk frothing thingy, but Capresso has replaced a couple of parts for free. On occasion the milk doesn't froth, but this is rare. Usually I just need to put the pieces on tighter.

I had tried all kinds of coffee makers and when my espresso machine broke, I decided that I wanted the perfect coffee maker. My coffee maker had to be able to brew 10 cups of coffee and give me steamed milk and cost less than $200. That's when I stumbled on this site and began reading reviews of this machine and I was sold. It retails for about $200 but I actually found it on Ebay for about $156. As far as I know, there isn't another machine that meets all this criteria. I'm not sure about all the problems noted by other reviewers, but except for a few glitches, I get near perfect cappucinos every time. I love the timer and the ability to brew 3-5 cups. This thing is great for dinner parties because I can quickly make cappucinos/lattes for everyone. Just yesterday, I was able to keep 20 Christmas dinner guests full of lattes as the desserts were passed and everyone was impressed with the machine.

I found this pot on Ebay for $156. Can't remember the vendor name, but had not one problem with ordering or receiving the product.
