This is a convienent unit to use.

Negative Product Points

Customer Service is terrible. We‘re on our 3rd unit because of problems in design and manufacturing. Williams Sanoma has gladly exchanged the unit each time. The parent company doesn‘t even respond to emails.

Detailed Commentary

The quality of the unit is not up to standard. The first 2 units leaked water all over the counter.
