Big disappointment. I really wished I could have kicked the tires on this one. I cannot make coffee without making a mess. I like to make strong coffee. Reusuable filter doesn't hold enough coffee for 10 cups without causing a mess. Furthermore, you are supposed to be able to pour a cup while it's still brewing. NOT that complicated. RIGHT? WRONG! Coffee pours all over counter. I can't stand this one. I'M returning it even though I have to eat a 20 % restocking fee. DO NOT BUY.
