Negative Product Points
Small opening for pooring in water. The filter basket is too close to the resavoir. If filter over flows grounds will go into the resavoir and clog the coffee maker and thus killing it.
Detailed Commentary
I had had this coffee maker for about 2 years. I am not sure if the tempature just started dropping over time or what, but I found myself adding more and more coffee to get the same flavor. Eventually I added too much and the filter overflowed dumping grounds into the resavoir and clogging the machine. I cannot get the clog cleared so the machine is dead. I did clean it at least once every couple of months and always changed the filter. Except when this happend to me the water filter was removed, due to the fact I could no longer find the filters for this coffee maker and I had to remove the old one after about 4 months. All in all it made an ok cup of coffee , nothing great. It looked very nice and made 12 cups but now its dead so what more can I say?
