Detailed Commentary
This coffee maker was our replacement for the ill-fated Starbuck's Aroma that we returned. We decided to avoid any of the thermal carafe units and looked for a more traditional type of coffee maker. We were attracted to the "RETRO" style and it has all the features we were looking for in a coffee maker . Unlike the Starbucks Aroma this machine has made quite hot (and good) cup of coffee. Two features that insure this is the 3 temperature selector on the heating plate and a 1-4 cup setting that will "double heat" the water before brewing.
