My objective was to find a quality coffee maker at a decent price. It makes excellent coffee and the price was right. I have not found any true weak points, my opinion still stands 100% of earlier obs. Very happy with the unit.

Only found one slight discomfort, instead of a 10, it got a 9. The water fill port, it is alittle tight, just fill the carafe to 12 cups or your measured amount and pour the water in. No big deal. Nothing "negative" to add at the end of the 3 months time.

We are a 2 coffee drinker household, unless we have company. We alone drink a rather large amount of coffe, or did. Before this purchase, we would cycle through 1-2 coffee makers per year. Consumption would be 5-8 pots (12 cups) per day (18hrs). At approx. 50yrs of age, we have found this coffee maker to be the best we have owned. The brewed coffee quality and temp is excellent. The variable temp settings on the warmer plate is very nice. The water temp during brewing draws the best essence of the coffee out. The need for additional "pots" of  coffee has just about been cut in half. The quality of brew is really very good. I did the normal research on a product. I look foward to a long, happy, coffee drinking experience utilizing this product. I do not find the carafe fitting problems or dripping carafe mentioned in earlier reviews what so ever, the brew temp (in my opionion) could not be higher without being a pressured unit. At the end of this 3 months, thankyou for a fine product.

I bought this unit at JCPENNY, NorthTown Mall, Spokane, Wa. Customer service was very good. We started out with the assistance of one dept rep, finished with the assistance of a 2nd. The addition of the 2nd one was for comformation of product review from the vendors perspective in real time, it being they sold alot of these, with no known returns. I have returned to this store numerous times and service is just as good, and this store has not seen a return of this coffee maker.
