I was so sad when my trusty Krups maker died, but this is a great, if not better, replacement.

I always seem to pour water on my counter when filling it with water. Could be the pot, could be me.
Detailed Commentary
The look fits in perfectly with my retro kitchen, and it makes a consistenly solid cup of coffee. Bloomingdales even sells a turquoise blue version now and also chrome I believe. I have the stainless and would have preferred chrome, but I love it nonetheless. The saleswoman even recommended this maker over others that were much more expensive. The pot beeps to alert you when done brewing, and the instructions recommend waiting to pour the first cup until fully brewed. That's hard for me, but I must admit the coffee is better that way. It also beeps when turning the warmer off, so you can hurry up and drink, or transfer to a carafe.
