Positive Product Points

Beautiful styling and hot brewing temperature make this a terrific coffee brewer.

Negative Product Points

Slightly difficult to add water to the chamber.

Detailed Commentary

This machine originally caught my eye because my kitchen appliances are brushed steel and black. I looked at many machines carefully before settling on several potential choices. The features of this machine, in addition to it's look sealed the deal for me. I like the comfortable carafe. I like the fact that there is a vent above the water chamber to prevent steam build-up. I particularly like that this machine brews at a hotter temperature than other machines I have used.  The shower seems to cover the grounds better than other machines I have used as well. My only complaint is that is seems awkward to add water to the chamber.

Buying Experience

Macy's carries many coffee makers in their kitchen department. I find the salespeople there to be unable to give much information on the products they sell. Thankfully there is an unboxed model of each coffee maker they sell. Also they have great sales.
