Positive Product Points

Attractive on the counter

Negative Product Points

Messy to clean; leaks on counter; filter fails; coffee is luck warm; taste is often bland

Detailed Commentary

Three times the price of a simple Mr. Coffee and attractive to look at.  Makes up to 12 cups according to measurement but it does not produce that much.  The grinder is messy and hard to clean.  Retains the coffee bean oil in every crevice.  Takes too much time to clean the grinder every time to be efficient, especially early in the morning.  Unpredictable performance.   Filter fails 1/3 of the time and leaks onto the counter.  Usually fails at most inconvenient times.  The coffee is luck warm and does not stay warm for the length of the timer.  It is by far the worst coffee maker I have ever owned.

Buying Experience

Sam's Club sells great stuff.  Stumbled with this product.
