Detailed Commentary
The Grind and Brew - which we have had for several years, it is an older model - has made a real coffee lover out of me (prior to that it was the only warm beverage on the Korean Front!-( My wife IS a coffee lover, one of those who can't funtion till after she's had her coffee and SHE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OTHER KIND OF MACHINE. We keep our own beans in air tight carafes and/or the freezer and blend out own mix of beans in the evening for the Grind and Brew to automatically grind and freshly brew great coffee. We have needed service - our own fault, breaking carafe lid retainer - Cuisinart simply sent a brand new carafe, no cost, no questions. We have many Cuisinart products and have had similar great experience with their NJ HQ.
