Nice look, good coffee, but it all falls apart if the coffee is cold!
Positive Product Points
Love the built in grinder. Makes the mornings simpler when I don't have to be coordinated and not try to spill while pouring beans from the grinder into coffeemaker. Like the stainless steel look.
Negative Product Points
Coffee is just barely hot when brewed, lukewarm within 10 minutes. No hotplate, and coffeemaker turns off immediately after brewing anyways. Can't get through to Cuisinart customer service - line is always busy.

I've seen no one else mention that their grind & brew does not keep coffee hot. I'm wondering if Caynes just got a defective shipment - I've tried two from that store. I've prewarmed the thermos by dousing it with hot water inside and out - that doesn't help much. Augh, I can't believe these reviews have to be 500 words or they won't be submitted - this is all I really have to say about this product! Yada yada yada yada yada - are we at 500 yet? yada yada yada yada yada yada cold coffee cooooolllld coffee any other grind & brews on market? I don't have all day for this yada yada yada augh please be 500 words now yada yada yada yada I just want a good grind and brew that makes hot coffee i hope someone replies if their coffee is hot or cold from this product yada yada
